Incorrect or Incomplete Address: MOLLYLABEL is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.
P.O. Boxes: Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available where supported by the shipping carrier.
Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned due to being unclaimed may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has entered processing.
Damaged or Lost Packages
MOLLYLABEL is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
