Mollylabel Return & Refund Policy
At Mollylabel, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Be in their original condition.

Have all original tags attached.

Be free from makeup, perfume, stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

⚠️ Note: Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Lingerie and underwear

Bras and shapewear

Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed or damaged

Bodysuits

Earrings and certain personal accessories

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Final Sale or Clearance items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

3. How to Request a Return

Please include the following information in your email:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return

Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Important: Once your request has been approved, we will provide the correct return address and complete return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mollylabel is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:

Your order number

Photos of the item

Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement where applicable.

6. Refund Processing
Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

8. Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following shipping limitations:

We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

Orders cannot be redirected after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. We will do our best to resolve your concerns quickly and fairly.

10. Return Address Notice
The business address displayed below is for business correspondence only and is NOT our return address. Please do not send returned merchandise to this address. Customers must contact us first to receive return authorization and the correct return address.
